Online Car Hire Booking System
for Australian Car Hire Companies. B2B info NOT for consumers. A$1,000 per year per branch.
The user clicks an appropriately labelled button on your website (eg. Book Now, Vacancies, Availability, etc)
The user enters their requirements in the left hand fields and clicks the orange Search button. The results of their search is displayed in the right hand window. The blue links provide more detail on the vehicle and rate. A green buttons indicates that it can be booked on request and an orange button indicates that it can be booked with instant confirmation.
If you offer any optional extras, they can be presented to the user who can add one or more items to their booking.
The user enters the required details, agrees to your terms and conditions and clicks the orange Book button.
A successful booking is indicated by the following screen.

Secure Encrypted Link: Credit card information is captured for you over a secure encrypted link.
Accurate Quotes: The quote module allows for accurate quotation based on season, number days hired, number of passengers and weekend versus weekday rates. It even allows minimum hire periods.
Registered Users: You can register your own special users (eg. corporates or agents) with their own rates. You can even make your system available only to registered users.
Email Notification: You will get instant email notification when you get a new booking.
Management and Statistical Reports: A large number of statistical and management reports are available including utilisation.
